The Real Ale Trail, Flintshire

The Real Ale Trail was born in 2009 - the brain wave of the Flintshire Tourism Association! Whilst real ale enthusiasts have always visited Flintshire's fantastic pubs with quality ales and foods... the problem was the designated driver couldn't join in...

Due to the popularity of the event we needed "a bigger boat" to coin a phrase. We got more buses, regular stops and obviously more pubs. The rest, as they say, is history!

Our great pubs put on fantastic guest ales, home -cooked food and entertainment.

What more do you want out of a day?
Fine ale, fine pubs, fine food and most of all fine company to enjoy it with.
